GAM Backfill Impressions Definition: Backfill Impressions is the sum of all AdSense or Ad Exchance ad impressions served as backfill through DFP. An ad impression is reported whenever an individual ad is displayed on the website. For example, if a page with two ad units is viewed once, we’ll display two impressions (DFP linking enabled and Hide DFP Revenue not enabled).
