Region ID

Region ID is a Dimension in Google Analytics under the Geo Network section

Region ID Definition: Users’ region ID, derived from their IP addresses or Geographical IDs. In U.S., a region is a state, New York, for example. The region IDs are the same as the Criteria IDs listed at https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/protocol/v1/geoid.
