Outstream video ad format

Outstream video ads are mobile-only Adwords video ads that give users the ability to choose how they interact with the ad. They appear on a page or app and begin playing when a user scrolls to them. The user can then tap the ad to unmute it, scroll past it or click through it. Google charges per 1000 impressions, with an impression counted when a user sees at least 50% of the ad space for 2 seconds.
