This is an indication of how relevant your ad’s landing page will be to users who click your ads.  The better the Landing page experience, the more likely clicks on your ads will lead to conversions. Google suggests that your landing page should offer relevant information to the keyword, promote trustworthiness, be built for both desktop and mobile and should load quickly.
