Enhanced CPC (ECPC) is a bidding strategy for cost-per-click ads that can be set to either help to maximise conversions or optimise conversion value. It combines manual bidding with a smart bidding strategy by raising your manual bids when it seems more likely to lead to a sale or conversion on your website, or lowering it when it seems less likely.
