This is a demonstration page for our AZWAP (As Zero Waste As Possible) Chatbot. AZWAP is our company-wide initiative to reduce the amount of waste we produce and to properly recycle and dispose of the waste that we do produce. You can ask the bot questions about whether an item is recyclable or not. The chatbot is powered by DialogFlow and embedded onto this page using DialogFlow Messenger.
It can fulfil simple intents such as: “Can you recycle aluminium foil?”
It can also maintain context. Try asking it “Can I recycle plastic?” The bot will then reply asking for further clarification. If you reply a “a bottle”, the bot will remember the context of the conversation is “plastic” and give you the answer for a plastic bottle.
The bot is continuously being trained, so if you could ask it a few questions about recycling, we can keep improving it over time.
