Metric Labs is looking for an ambitious, energetic and results driven Business Development Manager to continue driving growth for our company. The BDM position is full time and suitable for an individual looking to further develop their career in sales whilst being surrounded by a team of clever, innovative and successful digital marketers. The right candidate will be rewarded with autonomy, uncapped learning opportunities and generous commissions.
Your primary responsibilities will be to identify and forge strong relationships with prospective clients and partners, to create new business opportunities and to drive sustainable revenue growth.
The role will involve building a sales pipeline in line with the set KPIs. This will be achieved through building outreach EDM campaigns, attending events, cold calling, Linkedin prospecting and related business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have high integrity, a positive growth mindset, and a self starter attitude.
This role is based in Sydney and reports directly to the Agency Director.
