We are looking for an experienced senior account manager with a positive attitude who is comfortable with technical concepts and implementation.
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Analyze digital campaigns success
- Manage all client reporting requirements
- Prior experience in a digital/media/advertising agency
- Experience with digital strategy
- Experience with digital implementation on search, social, seo OR analytics. We don’t expect you to be a whiz at all of these, but some experience on the tools is a big plus!
- Experience with proactively managing accounts to grow client business
- Excellent time management skills
- Experience managing a team
- Communication skills, especially the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
